This presentation will examine the SharePoint content storage and discuss how you can program against lists, items, and fields in the SharePoint object model. We will look at site columns, content types and lists and discuss how you can create features that contain these objects. We will also explore the event handlers and their connections to the list object model.

Understanding the basics of Application Security in WSS 3.0

In this presentation we will take a look at code access security and trust levels. We will look at the different authentication models along with the WSS security classes and interfaces.

Understanding the Basics of the SharePoint Document API

Use the WSS API to create and store documents in SharePoint using the SPDocument library class. This presentation will include document access using the SPListItem and SPFile objects and take a look at the Office Open XML file formats.
